A group order is a one-time, discounted bulk purchase of account subscription credits to help your department or school get up and running with Quizlet.
After you purchase Quizlet for your group, you’ll get a how-to email with a unique activation link to share with your group. That link has credits for the total number of account upgrades you purchased.
To ensure seats are accessed by the right users, group order admins are required to approve all users who request to join via the activation link.
- When a user requests access through the activation link, you’ll receive a notification to review and approve their request. If you have a pending request, you will receive a daily digest email.
- You can approve or reject requests in your group order manager under Settings > Group Purchases > View details.
- You'll be able to take batch actions on multiple users at once if you would like or approve them individually.
- Only approved users will be able to activate their licenses. They will receive an email confirmation once their upgrade is activated.
This ensures that licenses are allocated correctly and securely.
Every time someone clicks that link, and is approved, it applies an upgrade credit to their Quizlet account and one credit from your order is used. That person's account is now upgraded for the duration of your group order.
Group orders do not renew automatically.
